Information regarding warranty & returns
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@gadgetcar.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Exceptions to returns
Please note:
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
a. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. that have been manufactured by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications;
c. that are clearly personal in nature;
d. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
e. that can spoil or age quickly;
f. whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
g. for loose newspapers and magazines;
h. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim warranty. By law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
