As with most webshops, Yessential allows you to pay with iDeal, Klarna, and credit card. You can also pay with Bancontact, Apple Pay, Trust, Belfius Direct Net, and KBC/CBC Payment Button.

Please note: Klarna Pay Later will only be displayed as a payment method at checkout for orders over 100 Euros in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Would you prefer to pay by bank transfer? That is also possible. Please contact us by email. Indicate in the email what you would like to order, and we will take care of it!

toggle icon Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice will be sent automatically to your email address after an order. Are you buying the home accessories for business? Then please provide your company name and VAT number. After payment is completed, you will automatically receive your invoice by email.

Yes, of course, payment is made in the online environment and processed by your own bank. The security of the transaction is guaranteed by your bank. We receive the transaction and can process your order immediately.

toggle icon Is it possible to reverse charge VAT?
Yes, of course! You can enter your VAT number during checkout. The VAT will then be automatically reversed. Note: The VAT number must be registered in VIES.
toggle icon Can I pay with KLARNA?
It is possible to pay with Klarna for orders starting from €100. For amounts under €50, Klarna will not be displayed at checkout.

toggle icon My house number was damaged during installation. What now?

It's a shame that the installation wasn't entirely successful and the house numbers are now damaged. We understand very well that you would like to receive new ones, but unfortunately, we only offer a guarantee UP TO the point of installation.

Were your house numbers already damaged before installation? Then send us an email with photos to hello@yessential.de, and we will send you new ones as soon as possible!

For most of the house numbers, we have indicated the width! Click on the house number you want to order, and the width will be displayed below the images and above the 'Add to cart' button. See illustration.

– Returns

toggle icon How can I return?

Not satisfied? Unfortunately, that can happen! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Please read this carefully before returning ↓
You can use the Yessential returns portal to return your order at a reduced price. (Ordered for business? Then unfortunately you cannot use this):

Step 1: Go to our returns portal and log in with your order number + postcode.
Step 2: Follow all the steps in the portal until you receive a return label.
Step 3: Carefully pack the return and stick the label clearly visible on the package.
Step 4: Once we have received the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 working days.

toggle icon Received a damaged or defective product?

Is the product broken or not working? Don't worry! Go to our returns portal and log in with your order number + postcode, take a few pictures of it and add them. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

toggle icon Received a wrong or incomplete product?

Received a different item than ordered? Oops, our mistake! Click on the link to our returns portal and log in with your order number + postcode. We will then send you a return label, at our expense, of course. As soon as your return has been received by PostNL, we will send you the correct items as quickly as possible.

Are you returning your order yourself without using our return label? Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse this.

toggle icon Are there return shipping costs?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. The costs for returning the product from you to the webshop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at hello@yessential.de. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been properly received back.

"Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: - Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, - Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, - Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, - Contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature, - Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence, - Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery, - Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts"

Unfortunately, that's not possible. You need to return the entire set and reorder the individual item.
toggle icon How do returns work for business customers?

It is possible to return business orders. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the purchase amount. However, we can send a voucher for the purchase amount via email.

Yes, of course. After completing the payment, you will receive your invoice via email.

Yes, that's possible! Send an email to hello@yessential.de with the product and quantity you would like to order. Also, include your company name, address, and VAT number. Once we receive payment, we will send it to you!
